My approach to therapy is person centered, empowering, integrative, and always respectful. You may have specific things that you want to change or maybe you just know that you want to feel better. In either case, together we will define therapy goals that are achievable and meaningful to you. I will provide you with practical feedback and clinical suggestions that you can use while maintaining autonomy and control over your therapy. My role is to help guide you in making change that you want, change that leads you to achieve your therapy goals.
If you feel a little uncomfortable or unsure about seeking therapy I assure you that this is not unusual. As a professional helper I can provide an unbiased perspective that friends and family are not able to provide. Psychotherapy is more than a livelihood for me. It's my passion.
