We will focus on you developing greater self-awareness, self-understanding, and self-compassion. These attributes are essential to reducing anxiety, depression, grief, and other emotional pain. I will partner with you to learn to relieve stress and unproductive habits to create your dreams.
Moving beyond habitual and self-defeating ways of thinking and behaving is a process that requires self-awareness, intentionality, and courage. I endeavor to collaborate with you and to serve as a guide in this process. Along the way, there are opportunities to handle anxiety, depression, grief, resentment, guilt, shame, relationship, and work issues.
