My Approach to Helping

From our initial contact my goal is to help you feel welcomed, understood, and supported. Your treatment experience will include holistic and personalized care that recognizes your therapeutic concerns and the complex nature of your mental health needs. Whether you are looking for basic symptom relief or more fundamental psychological or lifestyle change, I can help you reach your goals.

Although I do offer basic medication management services, my specialty is providing more comprehensive evidence-based wellness solutions that target the roots of mental dysfunction. I utilize concepts in evolutionary psychiatry, primal living, and a relationship-oriented approach to help minimize or reduce reliance on medication.

The foundation of a successful therapeutic experience is the treatment relationship. I am happy to begin by answering your questions confidentially via phone or email to determine if my practice is a good fit for your needs. If so, I will continue to build on that relationship to help you on your journey towards healing and sustainable peace-of-mind.
