My Approach to Helping

I believe that an enduring solution to any problem begins with a thorough understanding of its components. For this reason I use a holistic approach to both diagnosis and treatment. This begins with an initial evaluation in which I take the time to openly listen to the details of your personal history and mental health concerns. I develop a comprehensive biopsychosocial profile for each patient that can be used to inform subsequent care. I offer a refreshingly compassionate and personalized treatment experience and do my best to always empower you with knowledge about your diagnosis and therapeutic options.

I draw from a variety of different therapeutic modalities and disciplines of knowledge when recommending options to address your symptoms and their underlying causes. Together we will consider your current difficulties, history, needs, and goals to craft a plan of care that makes sense to you and maximizes your mind’s and body’s natural healing potential.

More Info About My Practice

I offer virtual appointments via video from the comfort of your home (or other setting of your choosing), including medication management, individual psychotherapy, and wellness services. Because reaching out for help can be the most difficult step towards healing, I also offer a free 15 minute phone consultation to help see if my practice is right for you.
