Providing a trusting, non-judgemental relationship is the key to a successful therapy experience. As a psychologist I have over 20 years experience working in a variety of mental health settings including hospitals, addiction treatment, and community mental health. I am able to provide an accepting and challenging therapeutic relationship where we are working together to accomplish the goals set at the beginning of the therapy experience. It is through the lens of past experiences that therapist and patient can begin to understand what is in the way of being able to experience change and satisfaction in life. I work with adolescents, adults, and couples in a private practice setting.
