I would like to assist you in processing your emotions in a healthy manner and to assist you in learning the necessary skills to acquire new tools to make the changes you want in your life. I am passionate in helping individuals that struggle with posttraumatic stress (PTSD), substance use, depression, anxiety, fear, shameguilt, griefloss, life transitions, identity issues, and relationship concerns.
I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. I am certified in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), rapid-eye-movement therapy for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues, and other conditions. I am accepting new clients and have immediate openings in-person in Edina or via telehealth.
