I have passionately coached people through their everyday struggles for almost two decades. I am the founder of Grow Well, which offers lifestyle counseling grounded in self-kindness, compassion, and mindfulness, as well as non-dieting approaches to healthy eating. Lifestyle and health efforts can expose struggles for worthy attention and care. Shame, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, depression, and using food and other substances to manage challenging emotions can happen to any of us.

I use a mindfulness-based, client-centered approach to help my clients tackle life's challenges while alleviating their pain and suffering, I am grateful for the change to work with groups and individuals to help them achieve greater well-being.

In addition to individual counseling, we also offer nutritional jump-starts, coaching, and support groups. Our Roots of Wellness program cultivates resilience, lifestyle change, and sustainable health. Our Simple Plate guides participants to build new relationships with food.
