My Approach to Helping
Valencia Davis is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 13 years of experience in the mental health and substance abuse field. She enjoys helping teens, young adults, and adults address their challenges within their personal lives as transitions happen. Valencia specializes in anxiety, ADHD, and major life transitions, building life skills to manage life. Valencia attended and completed her Master's in Professional Counseling at Webster University. As a spouse and daughter of veterans, Valencia understands the difficulties of change and transitions. Her professional experience with the prison system and community health population has made her more compassionate. She utilizes multiple treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy. Today, you are one step closer to a new you.
