As a coach, therapist, consultant, and transformational analyst, I work with individuals, families, and organizations to help them find truths and meaning in their lives in order to help them see the changes that they want to see happen within themselves, a family, a group, or a company. The therapeutic work I do in my clinical practice is mirrored within my business/organizational practice enabling me to help them discover meaningful, practical, and peaceful solutions and resolutions to a host of issues that arise. Similar to families, companies will evolve as they shape and develop their member relationships, while improving and maximizing their organizational outcomes.

More Info About My Practice

Although I currently do not accept insurance, I accept payment by check, credit card, and HSA may cover counseling services. We will discuss your individual circumstances and determine a fee at the initial consultation.

My Role as a Therapist

As an experienced coach and therapist, I help people to understand the core values related to their own lives, so that they can then see how those relate or differ to the values that others hold, as they live and work with them. Using various therapeutic approaches and tools, I work with you to uncover truths that have an impact on how you interact with others, at home, and within other environments. This insight helps my clients to develop a greater ability to communicate effectively with others and reduces the stress that can be associated with miscommunication and misunderstanding.

What Makes up a Problem?

Individuals or companies may experience issues, but a clear problem is not always definable initially. Sometimes there are symptoms of friction, or stress, or other behaviors or feelings that must be examined to better understand and uncover the problem or problems. Individuals and/or groups in transition will undoubtedly face the challenge of emerging problems and how to solve them. This is when coaching, therapy, or consultation is highly warranted. If a group or company tries to fix the symptoms of a problem without clearly identifying the source, then much time and energy can be wasted, in addition to potential for loss of morale and/or loss of employees due to dissatisfaction or ill will.
