My Approach to Helping

My approach to therapy is compassionate and nonjudgmental while also being encouraging and change-oriented. In our work together, we'd build awareness of unhelpful thoughts, beliefs and behaviors that fuel anxiety and keep you stuck.
Building awareness of these patterns is crucial because you can't change what you can't see! From there, we would utilize evidence-based treatments (exposureERP, CBT, DBT, ACT) to address your unique needs and provide you with tangible skills to reduce anxiety and move towards a valued life.
