My Approach to Helping
As a therapist, I work hard to create a safe, non-judgmental place for people to honestly examine their problems and develop the skills and behaviors that help them move forward with their lives. My approach is one of respect and warmth, as well as attention to the dignity of every person. Many of my clients have gone through traumatic or disorienting experiences, and struggle with depression, anxiety, or other debilitating emotional problems. I strive to be there to support each individual as they rebuild stronger than before.

I am conveniently located at 595 Blossom business Center, in the beautiful Park ave area in Rochester.
I am currently seeing clients via Telehealth, and in-person and can accept clients anywhere in NY.
My Role as a Therapist
As your therapist, my role is helping you understand the thoughts and feelings that you experience presently, as well as to help clarify your specific goals and how best to reach them. I will provide support and validation for the struggles that you face and work to provide you skills, challenges, and new thought processes to help you overcome these struggle and move toward your best possible future. I believe strongly in the impact of perspective and will help you grow and guide your own changes in perspective to provide a better daily experience.
