My Approach to Helping
My clients usually come to me when they are struggling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, or personality disorders. I can be helpful to clients seeking support in coping with these issues and improving their overall well-being. Their needs may include finding strategies to manage their symptoms, understanding and processing their emotions, and developing healthier coping mechanisms. Their ultimate goal may be to improve their mental health, increase their self-esteem and resilience, and lead a more fulfilling life. Specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). I provide personalized therapy to help clients change negative thoughts and behaviors. In a safe, empathetic environment, we develop coping skills and problem-solving techniques. I empower clients to take an active role in their healing.
