I offer solution-focused therapy. My goal is to help you unlock your potential and live a life worthy of celebration. We can't change the challenges you've faced in the past, but we can work together to find solutions for the difficulties of the present.

I use a variety of complementary techniques to unearth the ways in which long-standing behaviors and thoughts hold you back from the life you deserve. Whether you need support and guidance to navigate a challenge or are simply hoping to move forward in a new direction, I can help. Call or email me for a free 15-minute consultation for both individuals, couples and those interested in group therapy, 303-995-9922.
