What's My Approach to Therapy?
I use a tailored blend of EMDR, somatic therapy, grief-focused interventions, and CBT to help clients process unresolved experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and rebuild the mind-body connection. Therapy is collaborative and paced to each individual’s needs, providing a safe, structured environment where clients can explore difficult experiences, develop coping skills, and work toward greater emotional steadiness, clarity, and resilience.
