What's My Approach to Therapy?

I use a tailored blend of EMDR, somatic therapy, grief-focused interventions, and CBT to help clients process unresolved experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and rebuild the mind-body connection. Therapy is collaborative and paced to each individual’s needs, providing a safe, structured environment where clients can explore difficult experiences, develop coping skills, and work toward greater emotional steadiness, clarity, and resilience.

My Practice & Services

Taking this first step into starting therapy can be the most difficult. I hope to provide an approachable atmosphere without judgment, and discuss any questions you have about the therapy process along the way. Ultimately, I aim to provide a \"client-centered approach,\" meaning that you share the goals you wish to reach, or the direction you want to go, and I will assist you in getting there. I am also happy to offer a free consultation phone call to see if we are a good match. I encourage you to reach out and get the help you desire.
