My Approach to Helping
I am familiar with the unique needs of those grieving a loss, suffering from trauma, or having difficulty accepting a recent diagnosis. Some therapeutic techniques I use are EMDR, CBT, Grief Therapy, Mindfulness-Based, and Somatic Therapy. These techniques are tailored to each specific client based on their goals and suitability.
I also offer a Mindfulness Practice support group that meets twice a month to explore relevant mental health topics and practice basic meditation. Another service I offer to regular and new clients is an evaluation for Emotional Support Animal letters.
