Trained in Level I, II, and III Gottman-Method Couples as well as Emotionally-Focused therapy, both research-based approaches have the highest success rate for over 70% of couples who went from distressed to happy. Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

Choosing a therapist is a very personal experience. It's important to ask any potential therapists about their background and experience, as well as additional training and expertise. If you're looking for couples therapy, make sure you find therapists who specialize in this approach. If you want help with anxiety or depression, you'll want to know if the therapist is trained to work with these specific issues. Additionally, you'll want to make a list of important questions and/or requests you may have about the therapy process and be able to ask them of any potential therapists you're interested in reaching out to. And lastly, once you meet with the therapist, it's imperative that you feel honored, understood, safe and able to discuss your very important and personal topics with the therapist.
