My Approach to Helping

Through a collaborative and compassionate approach, clients become empowered to achieve meaningful, long-lasting changes in their lives. In our work together, we will develop and learn to implement tools and healthy coping skills that will help you to achieve your goals on a daily basis. We will also discover and learn to manage unhealthy thoughts and relational patterns that may be inhibiting change and values-based decision-making.
