I don't currently accept insurance, but I can provide documentation if clients wish to submit to an insurance company for "out of network" benefit coverage
Whether you are feeling stuck due to difficult relationships, anxiety, depression, traumatic events, or simply struggling with the very real challenges of everyday life, you can find greater self-compassion, confidence, experience less stress, and connect with your natural strength and wisdom. You do not have to struggle alone. Life can feel easier and relationships more fulfilling!
My approach is collaborative and individualized to your specific needs and strengths. Together we will identify new alternatives to limiting patterns and beliefs and explore skills to make life feel like less of a struggle and more fun. I am committed to partnering with you in creating greater well-being, freedom, and joy.
In addition to utilizing traditional talk therapy approaches, I also specialize in using alternative methods that address the mind-body connection including EMDR and yoga for mental health.
EMDR is an evidenced-based therapy for the treatment of traumatic stress and managing responses to distressing life experiences. This treatment can be quite effective in dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, panic, and issues related to performance.
I am also a registered yoga teacher and have specialized training in using therapeutic yoga for mood regulation and stress reduction. For those interested in exploring the mindbody connection more fully, these skills can be accessed no matter your physical ability or level of experience. Whether you're wound up or can't get off the couch, we can create a practice for you.
My Practice & Services
