My Approach to Helping
I believe in partnering with the people I see, using your strengths and my expertise to find a way of working that is right for you. I work hard to stay on top of the science of psychotherapy, and have also learned from listening to the folks that I meet with.

I know that therapy can work, because I have needed and used it myself. I love what I do, and have been inspired by the changes that I have witnessed in those people that have chosen to work with me in my practice.

More Info About My Practice
I try to be as easy to work with as possible, including accepting most insurances, maintaining some flexibility in my schedule, and finding ways to help that feel right to you. I have helped many folks over the past ten years of practice, and I would be glad to explore the ways we could work together.

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I have found that working with couples is an especially rewarding part of my practice, and so have done much work to develop my skills in that area. Coming from a theoretical perspective that values relationship and connection, helping couples break toxic patterns and learn to turn towards each other for understanding, soothing, and support has come naturally to me.
