My Approach to Helping

I am an intuitive, body-centered psychotherapist, and I'm dedicated to my own growth. The foundation of my work is in mindfulness - cultivating the ability to observe our habitual behaviors, thought patterns, and emotional reactions without getting lost in them - decreasing fear, and developing compassion and understanding for who we are and why we do what we do.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
