My Approach to Helping

Will you talk to anyone about your relationship except your partner because most if not all discussions with your partner are exasperating, painful and ultimately depressing vicious cycle of attack and counterattack? More Info About My Practice

I am a licensed clinical social worker who has completed 5 plus years in pursuit of a 6 year post Masters Level certification as a psychotherapist. I have worked as a psychotherapist and couples counselor for 16 years. I have written many articles on topics I address with clients daily. In adition, I have taught graduat psychology classes at colleges and universities. I am flexible in my responsiveness to the needs of my clients which means that I will employ many treatment modalities as indicated. They include: Family Systems, CBT, Psychoeducation and Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy. My tretment specialties include: Addictions, Couples Counseling, Life Transtions; Divorce, Mood & Anxiety Disorders and anger & Stress Managemnt Counseling.
