I use a multidimensional understanding of a person to quickly identify core issues. All people have strengths and gifts of which they are often unaware. Together we can uncover these strengths, develop new capacities and chart a course for the future. I'm an interactive , engaged therapist. I use a variety of techniques from cognitive, somatic, depth and developmental psychology to promote self-awareness and emotional growth.
