Ms. Fay has a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Child and Family Studies from Syracuse University, and a Masters of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Maryland at College Park. In addition to being licensed as an LCMFT in Maryland, she is also a Clinical Certified Supervisor for the State of Maryland, and a Professional Affiliate for RESOLVE. Ms. Fay has worked extensively with couples, particularly around marital and intimacy issues, and has given workshops on relationships to several organizations, including the Maryland Psychological Association. She is a past President of the Middle Atlantic Division of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy,Ms. Fay lives in suburban Maryland with her husband and three daughters. Laurel Fay specializes in helping couples find hope when they think there isn't any to be found.
