Sometimes all it takes is reframing what you already know for yourself. Sometimes it means learning new coping skills to replace the old skills that are not working anymore. If you are troubled by situations in the here and now, I can help you develop strategies that are solution-focused. If you are wondering about the stuff that happened way back when, and how that might be impacting your life, I can assist you in sorting through the past and keep you focused on making today work for you.
