My Approach to Helping
Throughout life, all of us will encounter a variety of challenges. These issues can range from difficulties in relationships, career issues, divorce, transitions, health issues or loss and grief. Therapy offers you a unique opportunity to address these concerns in a supportive and non-judgemental setting. A primary focus of therapy is to help you to develop personal strengths and coping skills to deal with your personal challenges.
