I utilize integrative and trauma-informed therapies that incorporate mind, body, and spirit. Traditional modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy are combined with holistic modalities such as mindfulness and expressive arts can be used to heal the entire person instead of simply managing symptoms.
