My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling stuck or unmotivated? Sad, hopeless, irritated, or easily frustrated? Are you or a loved one struggling with the pandemic and wishing you could break through the cycles of the ups and downs? Maybe Covid-19 is bringing up things that you knew were there and did not want to address before? Could the little things be making your day a little more stressful or just hard. And those bigger parts of life just seeming impossible? Like grieving or coping with loss related or unrelated to Covid-19; maybe loosing a job, home, status, or motivation. What out those relationships in your life continuing to play out or repeat familiar behaviors or cycles and you\'d like them to change? Together - we can explore these different areas in your life with intention, compassion, non-judgment, and collaboration. My goal to is help you understand what is at the core of the issues and then help you learn the tools to make change.
