I am committed to building supportive relationships that help you to make sense of what might seem stressful, overwhelming or challenging in your life. My colleagues at Willamette Sky Counseling believe in the health and well-being of all individuals and during this current community and global crisis are now offering support and coping strategies through Telehealth.
As a clinical therapist trained in couples and family relationships, I work with individuals and couples to meet your specific needs with an emphasis on understanding and improving relationships. The focus of our work together is to understand your struggles, build on your strengths, and to improve your life. My goal is to create an atmosphere of trust so that you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts, feelings and experiences in a way that leaves you feeling understood, heard, and accepted. I emphasize collaboration, safety, respect, and honesty because these values make for a trusting relationship.
