Our work together will focus on your specific needs. There are many different circumstances that bring each of us to therapy. Some of the things we may explore are the underlying factors contributing to your present experience, healing your relationship with your body and intuition, navigating your own unique path through life, learning from relationships, and connecting to a stronger self-esteem.
My priority is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to address whatever is bringing you into therapy. Therapy sessions with me typically feel like a supportive and relaxed conversation. While we may address challenging stuff together, you are always in control of what we talk about and when. Depending on the situation we will explore skills and techniques to introduce between sessions. I like to tailor the therapeutic experience to the needs and goals of the client.
