My Approach to Helping

I work with people who are interested in the process of finding healing, wholeness and meaning. Our work will focus on your concerns, whether expressed as depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, spirituality, relationships, self understanding, etc. We will explore your inner world with compassion and without judgment in order to facilitate greater self-awareness, healing and transformation. In my Jungian-oriented approach, we will pay attention to the issues that concern you and also to what happens for you unconsciously. My intention is to bring an engaged and respectful presence to our work.

I value diversity and the uniqueness of each person's culture, background and lifestyle. I welcome your symptoms and struggles as precise messages from a soul that seeks greater care and understanding. We will work towards a greater inter-relationship of your heart, mind and soul. This will help you to better connect with yourself, others, and to live your life in a meaningful way.

I have 30 years of clinical experience and have been in private practice for 20 years. My approach is wholistic and collaborative. Our work is intended to foster personal growth and connection to your true self. Learning how to live authentically is essential on life's journey. I offer the opportunity to work with images, sand tray and dreams. I also specialize in providing psychotherapy for other therapists. If you would like to explore if we are a good therapeutic match, please call me.

"The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are." -Carl Jung
