My approach is eclectic, though I primarily work with IFS (Internal Family Systems). This non-pathologizing model is an entirely holistic approach. The central theme is that we are all whole as we are. Like our outer family, the inner family can be in conflict.
We are conditioned to see problems as outside of ourselves rather than within. Instead, when the outer conflicts show up, we can direct our attention inward and have greater harmony and cooperation with our inner family. We can live and lead our lives more from the Self.
