My Approach to Helping
I am a relationship therapist with 30 years experience. My background and approach is with mindfulness. My sessions are present focused with the intention of bringing more awareness to what is happening in your relationship.
I am passionate about my work. I enjoy working together with my clients towards a happier more fulfilled life.
I work with couples and also individuals who want to reconnect within a loving and supportive relationship.
I discovered mindfulness early in my life when I needed an anchor. I have continued on this path and truly believe in the merits of it.
With mindfulness as the cornerstone, I have also benefitted from the many trainings on healing in relationship.
Within a couples session, there is great potential for healing and personal growth. This is an opportunity for self reflection, improving communication and healing old wounds.
