My Approach to Helping
Mental health counselors offer the psychological and emotional support people need to overcome the issues in their lives. A strong therapeutic relationship is built on essential qualities such as passion, dedication, and empathy. Tiffany is a passionate therapist who focuses on meeting the individual needs of her clients. She believes trust and openness are vital in mental health counseling.
Tiffany encourages people in therapy to lower their defenses, share their emotions, and discuss their experiences. Tiffany offers a safe, comfortable setting where individuals in treatment can explore and address their issues, heal, and grow.
