Stephanie also specializes in grief therapy and the treatment of PTSD, anxiety disorders, and other mood disorders via the use of EMDR therapy.
The Gottman Method of Couples Therapy includes Assessment (One conjoint session, one session with each partner, and completion of the Gottman Connect Assessment). Most couples who attend therapy intervention with Dr. Stephanie on average complete 6-8 sessions to complete their treatment goals.
