What's My Approach to Therapy?

Together, we will explore the thoughts, emotions, and patterns that may be influencing your current struggles, while developing new, practical skills. We may work on altering negative self-talk, improving your relationships (e.g., setting boundaries, improving communication), developing tools to help manage anxiety, or exploring what gives life meaning for you.
