In today's cultural landscape, especially living in Los Angeles, we are inundated with all types of stressors that can cause us to "numb" out to our emotions. Together we can take a look at parts of yourself that need some extra processing, protection, and practical solutions.

From our initial meeting, we will spend a few sessions getting to know each other and formulating specific therapeutic goals. I can help you develop an effective treatment plan that will give you the tools to make long-lasting changes in your life. Through our work together we will use a combination of evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and depth-oriented approaches to help you overcome some of your greatest challenges. Humor, creativity, and a touch of sarcasm will be mixed in to help keep us human and grounded in our work together.
