My Approach to Helping

Live the life you want to be living now! Whether you want to have more fulfilling relationships, work through past traumas, overcome your anxiety, grief, or depression, I will create a safe and trusting environment for us to work on creating a balanced, joy-filled life. It's never too early or too late to start living you best life! Call today for a free consultation and let's get started on achieving your goals.

I specialize in working with clients who have experienced any kind of trauma in their lives. I help alleviate depression or anxiety that you may be suffering from. Together we can lift any obstacle standing in your way of true happiness!

I am a Certified Anger Management Facilitator, and run several Anger Management groups throughout the week. I speak Armenian and conduct therapy in Armenian for clients who need this service. I incorporate an understanding of cultural values in treatment. I enjoy working with teens, young adults, couples, and families!

I utilize a solution-focused, short-term therapy model in my practice. This means that my clients usually see results fairly quickly. Typically, clients report noticing desired changes within 4-10 sessions. Although the number of sessions you may need may vary, I work to help you see change as quickly as possible! I help people notice and multiply all the positive things in their lives and let go of the negative stuff they can't change anyway!

More Info About My Practice

Although I am not contracted with any insurance company, I will provide a superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. Please check with your insurance company to verify your benefits. I also supervise a fantastic intern who is able to see clients on a sliding scale.

I provide a complementary 30 minute consultation to help you decide if therapy is right for you and if we are a good fit for each other before beginning therapy.

For your convenience, I accept credit cards!

Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

I enjoy working with anxiety issues and have a special understanding of them. I help my clients by creating a trusting environment and then assisting them to change their thoughts and beliefs in order to make their fears less disturbing.

I work well with individuals who are ready to make a transition in their lives from victim to survivor. I believe anyone can start living the life they dream about with a few changes. I will guide you through processing and overcoming the difficult emotions that come from past trauma and hurt , and help you rebuild a happier, healthier, more fulfilling life.

My Guiding Ethical Principles

The most important part of the therapeutic process is your confidentiality. Without the anonymity that a therapist can provide, a client can not feel comfortable to explore sensitive and personal topics. I am fully aware of how crucial your confidentiality is and will do everything possible to protect it.
