My Approach to Helping
Are you ready to stop surviving your life and begin to thrive through your life? The thing about depression, anxiety, and panic is that they are more than psychological states – they’re also physical and energetic. You're unable to "turn off". You carry the weight of past experiences in the form of ruminating thoughts and intrusive memories. Perhaps you’ve tried (and paid for) many different avenues of healing and continue to feel tense and activated. Your sense of self-worth is dependent on what you do and not who you are. You struggle with feeling stuck in patterns that aren't serving you, but are unsure of how to make a change.
I privilege your voice and preferences while helping you to make the changes you desire. I take a holistic approach to healing and will utilize my expertise as a clinical therapist, yoga and meditation teacher, and former neuropsychology researcher to help you develop more self-compassion, create the healthy relationships you want, and enjoy life once more.
You CAN feel lighter, experience more inner peace and reclaim your ability to relax. I have a deep passion for helping people feel empowered - to accept who they have been, understand who they are & imagine, and work towards, who they might be. I want to help to support you on your journey back to wholeness and the beauty of life that awaits you.
