My Approach to Helping
I am committed to establish a safe and welcoming space to create a comfortable, trusting environment. Making the decision to begin counseling may be scary or overwhelming, but it can also be very gratifying and freeing. Together, we can overcome obstacles that block our paths to mental and physical health. I believe each client has different needs and therefore like to utilize various therapeutic techniques in order to provide the best level of care. Some of the therapeutic approaches I like to draw from are cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, mindfulness, and psycho-educational.
