What's My Approach to Therapy?
I work with high-functioning women and couples who know something isn’t working and want help. Many of the clients I see appear composed and capable on the outside, yet feel stretched thin, overwhelmed, or stuck in patterns that no longer feel sustainable.
My work is grounded and collaborative. I support women navigating attention-deficit hyperactivity (ADHD), anxiety, life transitions, and relationship strain, as well as couples working through communication challenges, parenting dynamics, blended family roles, infidelity, and shifts in identity over time. Therapy is a space to slow things down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic, and family systems approaches, and I am Gottman-informed in my work with couples. Treatment is tailored — there is no one-size-fits-all approach. I offer both focused, short-term work and longer-term therapy, depending on your needs.
