My Approach to Therapy
I'm a licensed professional counselor experienced in working with adults of all ages and walks of life who are facing life transitions, struggling with self-esteem, feeling stuck and “going nowhere,” or coping with past trauma. Therapy with me is collaborative, centering you as the expert in your own life. My role may vary — compassionate witness, advocate, or a perspective shift. You’ll be able to tell your story without self-censorship, interact with difficult parts of yourself as helpful messengers rather than enemies, and experience a brave space for designing lasting change.

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations where you can freely share your needs and ask important questions to help you determine if I might be a good fit for you.
My Role as a Therapist
Trust is the linchpin of any relationship, including one with your therapist. My role is to create a nonjudgmental space and build a relationship where you can feel safe being vulnerable and sharing your story.
