My Approach to Helping
We all experience difficulties in our lives. My goal is to help you replace stress, anxiety, and sadness with joy and improved relationships. In over 30 years of practice, I have brought compassion, respect and knowledge to helping others discover a more joyful life.
If you are a victim/survivor of trauma/abuse I can help you feel more in charge of your life and your emotions. I am skilled in a variety of therapeutic approaches including EMDR, which has been shown to be a powerful tool in eliminating the effects of trauma.
If you are having relationship issues, I have expertise and genuine interest in helping you regain your appreciation and respect for one another, increase your feelings of love,and improve communications.
I truly believe that you have the inner strength and wisdom to have the life you want to have. In our work together, I will help you tap into that wisdom and develop it further.
