My Approach to Helping

Our team wants to help you discover meaning and purpose in your life, live out of a sense of vision, and exude happiness as you move from the daily grind to a thriving life. We believe that the next step you need to take is setting up an appointment with one of our counselors, therapists, or coaches. We will help you become the expert at your life. We will start with making goals, and creating a clear plan to achieve those goals. We believe there are multiple solutions and approaches to every life situation. We will help you explore the strengths and weaknesses of choices, decisions, and potential directions in life. Wherever you are at in your life story and journey, it's time to turn the page and begin to find success, meaning, and joy. We specialize in short-term counseling. We usually find that you can achieve many of your short-term goals in a three-month to six-month time frame. You can discover a more fulfilling life, and its starts today. Schedule an appointment right now to begin the next chapter.

More Info About My Practice

We are accepting new clients and currently offering teletherapy via video. We are generally able to schedule you within 48 hours of your phone call or email to us. Our fees range from $40 to $240 per session depending on the experience level of the counselor, therapist, or coach that you see. We provide services across the financial spectrum knowing that each person's needs are different. Many of our clients who schedule with our therapists are able to turn in their receipts to their insurance company for reimbursement.

What I Usually Need to Know to Help

To help you, I need to know what is happening in your life. I need you to be honest, open, and willing to entertain new thoughts, explore your emotions, and take action. If you are willing to try to do those things, then the therapy process will open up your life to new possibilities. You will discover happiness and purpose.

Important Factors for Choosing a Therapist

You need to see any therapist or counselor for at least three sessions. In those three sessions, you will be able to figure out if the therapist or counselor is right for you. Also, you should choose a therapist who will challenge you to expand your identity and stretch your sense of self. You are not going to therapy to remain exactly the same. You are in counseling to begin the journey of living a life of meaning, happiness, and fulfillment. Look for a counselor who will help you build a better life.
