I focus on the mind, body, and soul, and strive to help individuals navigate their journey towards mental and emotional balance using traditional therapy practices as well as Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy and EMDR.

We will explore your past and current experiences, underlying patterns and working towards meaningful insights and growth.

I will lay out guidance, encouragement, and gentle nudges when necessary to help you expand your self-awareness and discover new possibilities in a judgement free space.
