My Approach to Helping
Are you feeling powerless in your relationships? Do you feel you are at the end of your rope and do not know what steps to take next to improve your relationship with yourself and others? I know exactly what you're feeling: hopeless, powerless, depressed, anxious. Relationships with others, as well as ourselves are vital to our wellbeing. Healthy connections are crucial for humans. I want to help you find power within yourself to communicate assertively and set healthy boundaries with others, including YOURSELF.
As your counselor, I will challenge the negative self-talk you may have spinning in your head. I will help you get to the root of those negative voices in your head that tell you "you aren't good enough." I will prep you with the tools and skills to walk through life prepared to interact with others, even people who really get you down.
