My Approach to Helping
I deeply empathize with those struggling to be authentic in a world that makes us feel like it is normal not to be. Helping my clients identify what makes them intrinsically valuable is a passion of mine. My experience with counseling those who have issues around self-love, addiction, and trauma allows me to guide my clients through a journey of self-discovery and self-compassion.
My experience is in counseling clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, burnout, and major life transitions. Additionally, my experience with chronic illness has given me a unique perspective that helps me aid clients in navigating the holistic challenges surrounding their condition.
