My extensive work with trauma, grief, and loss has earned worldwide attention spanning across four decades. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and International Certified Life Coach, I work with individuals, families, and groups to transform mental and emotional challenges into experiences of thriving health and well-being.

My early career defining work began in the 80’s alongside John Bradshaw and focused on addiction, recovery, and codependency. Together with a team of cutting-edge psychotherapists, I developed groundbreaking techniques for understanding trauma: when it starts, how it affects the brain, and how to heal. In addition, my knowledge of early childhood trauma allows me to help people link their trauma to eating disorders, chemical dependences and other addictive disorders. Certified by the International Coaching Federation, The Chopra Center and The Morter Institute, I incorporate holistic techniques to further the intensity of healing through combining energetic modalities with quantum physics. My practice is grounded in research and science and aims towards cultivating a journey of self-discovery through empathy and compassion.

Through my non-profit organization, The Dialysis of Healing, I have aided thousands of grieving hearts, who have utilized my writings and groups in navigating feelings of hopelessness and loss. I welcome all clients from all backgrounds, my ultimate goal is fostering safe environments where people feel heard during the transitional periods in their lives.
