My Approach to Helping
It is part of our life journey to face times that are difficult and challenging and sometimes heartbreaking. We may face tragedies and losses, transitions, major changes or just plain confusion, where we could benefit from talking to someone outside of our immediate circle of family and friends. You deserve a safe, warm, non-judgmental, and compassionate space to find healing and to explore patterns and behaviors that may be holding you back from living the life you want to live. This is what I offer. It's important to establish a trusting bond between you and myself for meaningful change to happen. What are your fears? Your sorrows? Your joys? Your hopes? Where are you stuck? Through collaboration, I would like to help you find your answers to these questions. I don't believe there is a one size fits all approach. I appreciate each person's uniqueness and work with each person according to their needs to find the approach that is right for you.
