My Approach to Helping
Sometimes life becomes really challenging, and during those times it can feel a bit lonely and overwhelming. There is some relief in knowing you’re not doing it all alone, and that you have someone to speak with and receive support and understanding. It’s my goal to come alongside you and help you with your challenges and goals in your life with understanding, empathy, and non-judgmental open listening. I believe you are the expert about your own life, and my role is to come alongside you and help support you. I’ve helped people with anxiety, depression, trauma, social phobias, work related issues, and also those seeking help with behavioral changes and goal setting. It is my intention to be supportive and warm and caring, and help you get to the point that life feels comfortable and enjoyable again.
