As a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I provide Psychotherapy, Life & Parenting Coaching, & Educational Consultation in my virtual private practice. My private practice is exclusively Virtual. I conduct sessions by phone & video. I am devoted to guiding my clients through many of life's challenges. Since 1986, my family-centered experiences have enabled me to address stressful concerns many of us may be facing at home with our families, at work, and at school. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship where clients may choose to focus on building positive self-worth, embracing more effective parenting strategies, creating successful relationships, navigating through grief & loss, tackling educational & motivational concerns, and exploring a variety of personal issues. I counsel adults, parents, couples, and individuals. I believe that we all have the skills to make our lives happy.
