As a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I provide Psychotherapy, Life & Parenting Coaching, & Educational Consultation in my virtual private practice. My private practice is exclusively Virtual. I conduct sessions by phone & video. I am devoted to guiding my clients through many of life's challenges. Since 1986, my family-centered experiences have enabled me to address stressful concerns many of us may be facing at home with our families, at work, and at school. Together we will build a therapeutic relationship where clients may choose to focus on building positive self-worth, embracing more effective parenting strategies, creating successful relationships, navigating through grief & loss, tackling educational & motivational concerns, and exploring a variety of personal issues. I counsel adults, parents, couples, and individuals. I believe that we all have the skills to make our lives happy. My role is to help you tap into your own special coping skills and guide you to enhance your ability to resolve your challenges.
