I have spent my career thus far working in mental health housing, where I have gained experience working with clients with serious and persistent mental illnesses. I have experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Person Centered Therapy. I also utilize an integrative therapeutic approach.
