My Approach to Helping
My first goal is to make you feel comfortable and supported and that begins the first step in therapy, building a relationship. I work collaboratively with you whether the treatment is for you or about your child. We start with a thorough detailed intake in order to set goals and to fully understand how you want therapy to help you. Therapy is also about problem solving and building on strengths. I will work with you to understand you and your situation and to select the best evidenced based treatment to get you or your child on a path to feeling better and stronger. Helping others to feel better is what I do.
