My Approach to Helping
Life can be difficult to navigate. Sometimes it helps to have a co-pilot who can help you see new paths. You have your own difficulties and past. You might know what you or your child needs help with: anxiety, depression, trouble in relationships, school or work, or feeling upset about events that have occurred in your life. Maybe you don't know why, but just feel like something's wrong. I create a safe environment to listen and talk with you as you learn about yourself, what's causing your symptoms, and how life can be more enjoyable.
